Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP is pleased to announce that Meryl A. G. Gonchar, a partner in the firm’s Woodbridge office, has become chair of the firm’s Land Use Practice Group.

Gonchar concentrates her practice in land use and zoning and land use litigation. She has appeared before planning and zoning boards throughout the state on behalf of developer clients in connection with residential, commercial and industrial projects of various sizes and levels of complexity and also represents clients in land use and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is the immediate past chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Land Use Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a past president of Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Women New Jersey. She also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the George Street Playhouse and is a member of the Executive Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County. Gonchar is a frequent lecturer and author on land use and real estate topics.
