Joel Clymer focuses primarily on employment litigation and counseling. He represents clients in employment discrimination litigation and whistleblower claims, including those related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act. He provides employment counseling support on personnel decisions, accommodation requests, employee benefits, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, workplace policies and procedures, employee handbooks, severance agreements, and legal compliance including issues arising under the Occupational Safety & Health Act and the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, his B.A. summa cum laude from Temple University, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Irene Hsieh concentrates in commercial litigation, including the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in employment discrimination and retaliation actions and other employment-related matters. She has assisted with actions in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, including defending against Title IX claims on behalf of institutions of higher education and serving as local counsel for several related environmental and toxic tort matters. She also represents clients in commercial business disputes and has handled litigation in the areas of construction law and trusts and estates. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, her B.A. summa cum laude from Rutgers College – Rutgers University, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.

Kersten Kortbawi represents plaintiffs and defendants in all forms of civil litigation at both the state and federal level. She frequently handles sensitive, unique, and high-exposure cases, including those related to complex construction disputes, consumer fraud claims, private equity fraud, personal injury actions, and product liability matters. Her experience with insurance defense matters includes motor vehicle liability, personal injury cases, professional liability, premises liability, environmental claims and general liability cases. She has extensive experience defending sexual assault claims, has obtained favorable settlements in mediation and arbitration proceedings, and has served as local New Jersey counsel in multi-jurisdictional litigation. In addition, she provides business counseling, risk management and corporate advisory services to clients including individuals, privately held companies, publicly traded corporations, and governmental entities. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, her B.S. cum laude from New York University, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.

Meredith C. Sherman emphasizes complex commercial disputes in her commercial litigation practice, with over a decade of experience representing corporations and financial institutions and a particular expertise in securities class actions and shareholder derivative lawsuits. Ms. Sherman has assisted banking clients in investigations related to global regulatory sanctions, anti-money laundering compliance, alleged manipulation of benchmark interest rates, and in government inquiries and subpoena responses, and has also handled investigations and commercial and employment disputes for clients in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and higher education industries. She has also counseled clients on data privacy issues. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, J.D., her M.A. at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, her B.A. magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
