Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been selected by the Morris County Bar Association to receive its 2024 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. He will be recognized as an honoree at the MCBA’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park.

According to the MCBA, the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award recognizes an attorney member who has been admitted to the Bar for five years or less and “has distinguished themself through professionalism, achievement or service within the profession, including through bar-related activity.”

Mr. Natale is a Trustee of the MCBA, also serving as Co-Chair of its Construction Law Committee. He is also active in the New Jersey State Bar Association, serving on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division, as Membership Committee Co-Chair, and as Assistant Editor of the Dictum Newsletter. He is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and in Super Lawyers - New Jersey Rising Stars.  

Mr. Natale concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions.
