Joseph A. NataleGreenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Joseph A. Natale has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. 

Mr. Natale concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. He represents a diverse range of clients, including large and middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, construction contractors, professional services firms and local government entities. His work encompasses all aspects of pre-trial, trial, chancery and appellate litigation at both the state and federal levels, as well as in private arbitration and administrative law forums.

Mr. Natale is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and in Super Lawyers - New Jersey Rising Stars. He will be recognized by the Morris County Bar Association with its 2024 “Outstanding Young Lawyer Award” next month. He is a Trustee of the MCBA, also serving as Co-Chair of its Construction Law Committee. He is also active in the New Jersey State Bar Association, serving on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division, as Membership Committee Co-Chair, and as Assistant Editor of the Dictum Newsletter.

Mr. Natale earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and received his B.A. from Tufts University. He served as law clerk to The Honorable Owen C. McCarthy, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and in the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals Second and Third Circuits and to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
