We are proud to announce that Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been selected as a fellow of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2024-2025 Leadership Academy. Mr. Natale is one of twenty-one attorneys statewide to be chosen to participate in this prestigious and highly selective program.
The NJSBA Leadership Academy fellows are an accomplished group of attorneys representing diverse practice areas in the private and public sectors. Through the academy, the group will attend programming to develop leadership skills, including a wide array of classes on topics such as improving communication, the legislative process, public-sector law, issues confronting the profession, the New Jersey business landscape and more. The class is expected to graduate in May 2025 at the NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention.

The academy will elevate their already bright careers as they gain invaluable career planning, networking and educational experiences through this program.”

I look forward to developing the skills and knowledge necessary to promote the continued success of our state’s bar and play a role in its efforts to facilitate widespread access to justice.”
Mr. Natale is active in the NJSBA, serving on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division, as Membership Committee Co-Chair, and as Assistant Editor of the Dictum Newsletter. He is also a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association, where he co-chairs the Construction Law Committee. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions.
