Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Kersten Kortbawi, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Trustees of the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Ms. Kortbawi is an experienced commercial litigator who represents plaintiffs and defendants in all forms of civil litigation, including cases related to complex construction disputes, consumer fraud claims, private equity fraud, personal injury actions, and product liability matters.  Her experience also encompasses insurance defense matters and the defense of sexual assault claims. In addition, Ms. Kortbawi provides business counseling, risk management and corporate advisory services to clients.
