Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that our partner Steven G. Mlenak, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, has been elected President-Elect of the Community Associations Institute, New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ).
Mr. Mlenak serves on the Executive Board of CAI-NJ, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy, shared resources and professional development to the community association homeowner volunteers who govern New Jersey communities and the professionals who support them. He is expected to proceed in lockstep to become President of CAI-NJ in 2025.
As a member of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group, Mr. Mlenak maintains a strong focus in community association law, providing strategic guidance and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients across a broad range of legal issues. His other leadership roles within New Jersey’s legal and real estate sectors include serving as Redevelopment Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association and as a Director of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section, where he chairs the Legislative Committee.
