Greenbaum partner Steven G. Mlenak, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be honored with the 2024 President’s Award by the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ), in recognition of his significant contributions during the past year to help the organization fulfill its critical mission. Mr. Mlenak and his fellow honorees will be recognized at CAI-NJ’s 2024 Annual Awards Celebration on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the Event Center at iPA in Freehold, NJ.
Mr. Mlenak is currently serving on the Executive Board as President-Elect of CAI-NJ, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy, shared resources and professional development to the community association homeowner volunteers who govern New Jersey communities and the professionals who support them. As a member of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group, he maintains a strong focus in community association law, providing strategic guidance and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients across a broad range of legal issues.
