Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis is pleased to announce that Irene Hsieh and Glenn P. Prives have been selected for inclusion on the New Jersey Law Journal’s list of 2021 “New Leaders of the Bar.” The publication annually recognizes the career accomplishments of attorneys under the age of 40 who bring both notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table in both their legal practice and extracurricular activities.

This year’s honorees are scheduled to be recognized at the 2021 New Jersey Legal Awards Professional Excellence Event, which is currently set for Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park.

Ms. Hsieh is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Law Departments and a member of the Higher Education Practice Group. Her experience encompasses employment discrimination and retaliation actions and the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in employment-related matters, including defending against Title IX claims on behalf of institutions of higher education and serving as local counsel for several related environmental and toxic tort matters. She also represents clients in commercial business disputes and has handled litigation in the areas of construction law and trusts and estates.

Mr. Prives is a partner in the firm’s Healthcare and Corporate Departments, with comprehensive experience spanning a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters. He represents clients including for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies, ancillary service providers, laboratories, medical technology companies, telemedicine companies, medical billing companies, dental groups, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health centers, healthcare management companies, and investment funds and private equity firms specializing in healthcare.
