Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that William F. Kellermeyer has joined the firm as an associate in the Environmental Department.
Mr. Kellermeyer concentrates his practice in environmental law. His experience includes the representation of clients in the cleanup of contaminated properties and brownfields and providing counsel regarding land use issues and compliance with various environmental statutes and regulatory requirements. He has also assisted in the representation of clients in toxic tort litigation against the manufacturers of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kellermeyer served as a regulatory officer at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, where he gained valuable experience related to the state's regulatory framework covering environmental issues.
Mr. Kellermeyer earned his J.D. from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Science and Geology from Bucknell University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and in the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.
