Marc J. Gross, partner in the law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP in Roseland, NJ, filed a lawsuit in Federal Court today against ExxonMobil Corporation on behalf of more than one hundred (100) local Exxon stations throughout New Jersey.

Marc J. Gross, a partner in the Litigation Department, filed a lawsuit on behalf of more than two dozen BP gasoline stations against BP Products North America, one of the world’s largest oil companies, alleging that BP has manipulated the price of gasoline, and that BP seeks to unlawfully terminate its franchisees in New Jersey.
