The Boot Camp will review:

  • Summary and analysis of the recently released U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) rules regarding contractors' affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
  • Analysis of the DOL and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules regarding Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers and strategies for compliance.
  • Other recent developments and a discussion of strategies that contractors can employ to ensure compliance and prepare for increased OFCCP audits and investigations.

Boot Camp materials will be made available during the program via webcast and subsequently distributed to participants for future reference. Wiley Rein will assist you with CLE credit.
