Media Coverage of A-SMACC Response to Commerce on China Solar Retaliation
Recent coverage related to the American Solar Manufacturers Against Chinese Circumvention (A-SMACC) was published in E&E News, Law360, Solar Power World, Reuters Energy, pv Magazine, and The National Law Review.
A-SMACC filed petitions requesting that the Department of Commerce investigate unfairly traded imports of solar cells and modules that are unlawfully circumventing antidumping and countervailing duties on China. A-SMACC provided a 700-page submission detailing the history of Chinese Government retaliation against the U.S. solar and other industries.
