Gary Seligman Elected Partner

Wiley Rein is proud to announce that Gary P. Seligman, formerly Of Counsel in the Insurance Practice, has been elected partner. Mr. Seligman represents insurers in complex disputes arising under professional liability policies at the trial and appellate court levels. He also serves as monitoring counsel in connection with numerous securities matters and novel professional liability exposures. Shortly after joining Wiley Rein in 1999, Mr. Seligman took a year hiatus to serve as a Law Clerk for Judge Ellsworth A. Van Graafeiland of the U.S. Court of A ppeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Seligman received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University.
