2015 State Lobbying and Gifts Survey

The Election Law & Government Ethics Practice updated its annual Survey of State Lobbying and Gift Laws for each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia. This year's survey is available now and covers, among other things, the definition of lobbying, grassroots, lobbying, procurement lobbying, lobbying registration and reporting, general gift rules, lobbyist gift rules, and lobbying campaign finance restrictions.
