Desiree represents corporate clients and individuals in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal court as well as before arbitral tribunals.
She has experience representing clients in cases involving negligence, environmental laws, breach of contract, fraud, RICO, cybersecurity, digital media, intellectual property, sports and entertainment, and labor and employment.
In her practice, Desiree covers all aspects from case development and strategy through trial. This includes filing and responding to complaints, leading discovery, and managing motion practice. Desiree has taken and defended depositions and taken direct and cross examination.

- Secured a multi-million-dollar settlement in mediation on behalf of an individual.
- Represented various members of the sports and entertainment industry in disputes arising under California law.
