Stephen assists clients in international trade matters and proceedings, with a focus on antidumping and countervailing duty measures, Section 301 and Section 232 exclusion requests, and Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) investigations before the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Stephen also prepares briefs and other filings in cases before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
