Press Release

Wiley Rein Named by Chambers USA As One of Washington DC's Top Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practices

June 29, 2009

The 2009 edition of Chambers USA: Leading Lawyers for Business, has recognized Wiley Rein's Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Practice for its "strong regional approach with a practice that is split between Virginia and Washington, DC." Clients praised the group to the publisher for its "close attention to every detail of its cases."

As Chambers reports, peers attest that practice chair H. Jason Gold "makes principled arguments and is sharp as a tack," while sources describe partner Valerie P. Morrison as "a hard worker with exceptional knowledge of large Chapter 11 bankruptcies."

The Chambers ratings are based on extensive interviews of law firms' clients, colleagues and competitors. Inclusion in the directory is determined through a rigorous vetting process whereby researchers evaluate law firms and attorneys on a number of factors.
