Press Release

74 Wiley Attorneys Recognized in 2025 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America

August 15, 2024

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP, a DC law firm, is pleased to announce that 74 of the firm’s attorneys were selected by The Best Lawyers in America – including 23 “Ones to Watch” – for its 2025 list of the top legal talent in Washington, DC.

In addition, Kathleen A. Kirby and Duane C. Pozza were named DC “Lawyer of the Year” for Media Law and Advertising Law, respectively. Only one attorney in each practice area and metropolitan region is honored as a “Lawyer of the Year.”

Recognition by Best Lawyers is based entirely on peer review. Their methodology is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area. “Ones to Watch” recognizes extraordinary lawyers in the United States who have been in private practice for five to nine years.

The following Wiley attorneys are recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers:
