Who’s Who Among D.C. Lawyers and Lobbyists

Washington, DC—WRF’s Managing Partner Richard E. Wiley and Communications Partners Lawrence W. Secrest, III and Rosemary C. Harold were named "Who’s Who Among DC Lawyers And Lobbyists" by Cable World in the January 20, 2003 issue. Mr. Wiley and Mr. Secrest were called "the go-to guys for broadcast issues….They’re what the cable lawyers have to go up against on digital issues."
