Wiley Partner Margaret Karchmer Named a ‘Rising Star’ by Law360

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP, a DC law firm, is pleased to announce that Margaret T. Karchmer has been named to Law360’s prestigious 2024 “Rising Stars” list in the Insurance category.

The competitive annual list recognizes attorneys under 40 “whose legal accomplishments belie their age,” according to Law360. A team of Law360 editors reviewed over 1,200 submissions before selecting the list of 158 honorees from 70 law firms spanning 34 practice areas. Karchmer, a partner in Wiley’s Insurance Practice, represents U.S. and European insurers in connection with coverage issues and disputes and monitoring complex claims arising under a variety of insurance policies, including directors and officers, professional liability, media and technology, employment practices liability, lawyers malpractice, and cyber. Karchmer also defends claims against lawyers and other professionals. Her practice includes litigation at the state and federal court levels.
