“In 2023, our north star was inclusion. We focused on further enhancing our collaborative culture, promoting an inclusive work environment by amplifying diverse perspectives, growing our talent pipeline, and investing in a plethora of DEI-focused initiatives with our clients and community,” said Chief Diversity Officer Rashida MacMurray-Abdullah. “These efforts enable us to deliver best-in-class legal services and foster innovation.”

  • Actively building and retaining a diverse talent pipeline through scholarships, fellowship programs, and educational opportunities;
  • Facilitating allyship through Heritage Month events, small-group attorney programs, and networking opportunities; and
  • Advancing Wiley’s reach in the greater DC community through pro bono initiatives and charitable giving.
