Wiley’s Enbar Toledano Appointed to USMCA Dispute Resolution Roster

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP is pleased to announce that Enbar Toledano, of counsel in Wiley’s International Trade, Litigation, and Issues and Appeals practices, has been named to the United States’ 2023-2024 roster for U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Chapter 10 Disputes. 

The USMCA replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in 2020 and provides a framework for resolving trade disputes between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.  As an alternative to judicial review by domestic courts, the USMCA permits independent binational panels to hear appeals from final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations.  Ms. Toledano is one of 34 people named to the U.S. roster for USMCA Chapter 10 disputes.

Ms. Toledano is an appellate lawyer and litigator with considerable experience in the areas of international trade and administrative law. She has represented numerous domestic industries in appeals from trade remedies proceedings before the U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and NAFTA/USMCA panels.
