January 29, 2024

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP, a preeminent DC law firm, is pleased to announce that the firm’s Insurance Practice was recognized among Law360’s 2023 “Practice Groups of the Year.” The award “honors the attorney teams behind litigation wins and major deals that resonated throughout the legal industry this past year,” Law360 said in its announcement.

Law360 selected 170 groups across 36 areas of law to receive the prestigious award, now in its 14th year. This year’s winning practices were chosen from 84 law firms and rose to the top of nearly 800 submissions.

“We are pleased and proud that our team has again been selected as a ‘Practice Group of the Year for the eighth time,’” said Kimberly M. Melvin and Benjamin C. Eggert, co-chairs of Wiley’s Insurance team. “The work that the Insurance group does daily is complex and nuanced, and we have an exceptional group of attorneys which stands out for their range of legal expertise and their understanding of the insurance industry.”
