State AGs Take on Tech, Despite the Pandemic

Companies are in the cross-hairs of State Attorneys General, even (or perhaps more so) in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  In this episode of Wiley Connected, Wiley partners Peter Hyun and Megan Brown discuss current tech and state AG activities and offer tips for managing inquiries and investigations.  Peter was in the New York AG’s office and worked on oversight in the Senate.  Megan helps companies deal with government investigations, which are increasing as privacy and security concerns bubble up.
