Brian R. Selvin, a partner in the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department, will be on the faculty for the two-day seminar “Estate Planning from A to Z: A Detailed Overview of Estate Planning Procedure and Strategy,” to be presented on June 10 & 11, 2019 at the Hampton Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway. The program will run from 9:00am – 4:30pm on both days and is sponsored by the National Business Institute.
Mr. Selvin will lecture on the topic of “TRUSTS 101” from 9:00am – 10:00am on Tuesday, June 11. His presentation will cover the following topics:

- Major Laws Governing Trust Creation and Administration
- Who are the Main Parties? Their Duties and Responsibilities to a Trust
- Revocable vs. Irrevocable
- Choosing Trust Situs
- Trust Funding Basics
Mr. Selvin concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration, probate and trust litigation, wills and trusts, business succession planning, and tax controversy before federal and state tax authorities as well as federal and state Tax Courts.
