Brian R. Selvin, a partner in the Tax, Trusts & Estates Department at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP’s Woodbridge office, will be a speaker at the seminar, “Estate Planning from A to Z,” hosted by the National Business Institute on June 5th in Newark, NJ. Mr. Selvin will address the topics of “Client Screening and Intake,” “Key Elements of Effective Wills,” and “Basic Tax Planning.”
Mr. Selvin concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, probate and trust litigation, tax planning, business succession planning, and tax controversies before both the Federal and State tax authorities and the Tax Court. He is a frequent lecturer and author on issues related to tax, estate planning, and non-profit organizations and a former adjunct professor of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law’s Tax Clinic.
