Partner Steven Nudelman is scheduled to lecture at an upcoming seminar on “New Jersey Professional Land Surveying Law,” The program will be presented by HalfMoon Education Inc. on December 13, 2013 at the Holiday Inn in Somerset, NJ.
Mr. Nudelman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will speak on the topic of “Law of Easements and Right of Way.” He counsels owners, developers, contractors and suppliers in a wide variety of matters involving both public and private construction projects throughout New Jersey. Mr. Nudelman regularly handles matters in state and federal courts in both New Jersey and New York, as well as construction and commercial arbitrations, mediations and disputes before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. He assists clients with contract negotiation and drafting, with an emphasis on efficiency and practical results.
