Dennis F. Feeney: Dennis practices exclusively in the area of family law mediation and litigation. He is a trained family law mediator and regularly participates in the mediation of all types of matrimonial and family law disputes, both pre- and post-judgment. Dennis has experience litigating a wide range of matters impacting divorcing parties and families, including child custody and support, spousal support, domestic violence, asset valuation, the drafting of prenuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements, and appellate practice. He represents clients in financially complex matrimonial matters throughout New Jersey, and regularly appears in Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Somerset, Morris, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties. He has also been appointed as an arbitrator by the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Barry S. Sobel: Barry focuses his practice primarily on the representation of clients throughout New Jersey in complex matrimonial litigation. His work encompasses a broad range of issues, including those related to divorce, spousal and child support, custody, and domestic violence. He has experience with cutting-edge concerns at the forefront of family law, including those related to cohabitation, retirement, and child relocation. He serves as a volunteer attorney for New Jersey’s Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel (ESP) in Essex County. In the area of civil litigation, Barry’s experience includes business and shareholder disputes, employment-related issues, and general equity matters. He handles all aspects of the litigation process, from initial consultation to discovery and depositions, through trial and appeals.
