Every type of litigation—whether a highly contested divorce dispute or a complex commercial action—presents challenges to the client both professional and personal. To me, being a successful attorney is tied to my ability to prepare my clients not only to face what can be a stressful and emotional journey, but also to embrace what lies beyond with optimism and enthusiasm. That is one of my goals with each client, and part of what makes me an effective advocate.

Mr. Feeney practices exclusively in the area of family law mediation and litigation.  He is a trained family law mediator and regularly participates in the mediation of all types of matrimonial and family law disputes, both pre- and post-judgment.  As a litigator, Mr. Feeney has experience in a wide range of matters impacting divorcing parties and families, including child custody and support, spousal support, domestic violence, asset valuation, the drafting of prenuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements, and appellate practice. He represents clients in financially complex matrimonial matters throughout New Jersey, and regularly appears in Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Somerset, Morris, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties.  Mr. Feeney has also been appointed as an arbitrator by the Superior Court of New Jersey.
