Ranjana Kadle, PH.D.
practices in all areas of intellectual property (IP) with particular emphasis on patentability evaluations, patent prosecution, post-grant challenges, related opinion work, and licensing in the biotechnology and chemical fields. She works closely with clients to identify protectable IP, and provides practical advice to clients on protection of IP and building and management of global IP portfolios. Her areas of focus include cell biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, therapeutics, veterinary diagnostics, chemical technologies, and food chemistry. She also advises clients on a wide variety of IP-related topics, including due-diligence investigations and trademark matters. She lectures frequently on topics related to latest developments in IP law, patents, and licensing.

Than Lucek

Nathaniel Lucek focuses his practice on patent law, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, due diligence matters, and opinion work. His areas of experience include ion implantation systems and other semiconductor processing equipment; robotic and conveyor systems; heating and cooling mechanisms; vacuum systems; silicon wafer production; microfluidics; superconductors; nanomaterials; and manufacturing processes for semiconductors, LEDs, and solar cells.

Gary Schober

Gary M. Schober serves as the leader of the firm's Emerging Companies & Venture Capital and Privacy, Data Security & Cyber Liability Practices. His practice frequently involves electronic commerce, computer, and technology law, including privacy, data security breaches, and cyber liability, and counseling high-technology and other clients on a broad range of business law matters. He has extensive experience in high-dollar sale and purchase transactions involving complex technology-based and other businesses, and with the sale and license of patents and other intellectual property, including software. He also represents clients facing audits based on allegations of software piracy and start-up entrepreneurs endeavoring to launch new businesses.
