Experience
Representative Matters
- Prepares comments and advocacy before government agencies on a variety of issues, including cybersecurity, national security, privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), antitrust, and consumer protection. Experience includes advocacy in proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal agencies.
- Represents clients before the FCC in enforcement actions and investigations.
- Advises clients in securing regulatory approvals from the FCC and State Public Utilities Commissions for transactions.
- Represents clients in national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Committee for the Assessment of Foreign Participation in the United States Telecommunications Services Sector (Team Telecom).
- Advises clients on compliance with state privacy and data breach laws.
