Overview
Paul’s practice focuses on domestic and international investments for institutional investors across a range of alternative investments. Paul has represented the interests of institutional investors in private equity funds, hedge funds, collective investment trusts, SBICs, co-investments, real estate, advisory relationships, platform relationships and additional alternative arrangements. Paul has been selected by the American Bar Association as a national business law fellow, with a two-year attachment to the institutional investors committee.
