Mr. Natale concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. His work on behalf of clients encompasses all aspects of pre-trial, trial, chancery and appellate litigation at both the state and federal levels, as well as in private arbitration and administrative law forums.

Mr. Natale provides representation to a diverse range of clients, including large and middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, construction contractors, professional services firms and local government entities.
