Amundsen Davis's Associates Committee represents a cross-section of the firm’s offices, service groups and associate seniority levels that work to serve as a collective voice for the firm’s associates. The committee meets regularly to develop ways to advance and improve existing policies and programs and to introduce new ideas and initiatives. Associates Committee members work to understand their peers’ interests, priorities and concerns on topics such as career development and skills building, firm culture, mentoring, leadership opportunities, business development, compensation and similar. The committee then works with Amundsen Davis's Executive Committee and partners to ensure that these initiatives are executed upon.
The committee produces regular programming for associates to hear directly from firm leadership on the state of the firm. Additionally they produce an annual “Path to Partner” series to openly and effectively communicate partnership criteria and expand communications on partnership to associates with the goal of increasing exposure to the realities of being a partner at Amundsen Davis.
