9:15 AM – 9:30 AM: Maintaining and Enforcing Labor Harmony on the Jobsite through the Construction Contract – With the ever growing pressures of completing the work on time and on budget, together with an increase in union and non-union mixed job sites, project managers, business owners, developers, contractors and general contractors need to review and revise their “standard” construction contracts to ensure all work is completed without disruption. 9:45 AM – 10:45 AM: IL Election Results: What’s Coming under Governor Pritzker – With the election of Governor Pritzker, changes are coming to all Illinois administrative agencies, particularly the IL DOL and the IL DOT. From key personnel running these agencies to new rulemaking and enforcement priorities, significant changes impacting construction industry employers will take effect immediately. Additionally, legislative changes will also soon be in effect materially impacting all employers but particularly those operating within the construction industry. (Presented by Jeff Risch)
