Employees are a company’s most valuable resource; without an effective workforce, businesses cannot function efficiently and successfully. High levels of employee performance are incumbent upon proper coaching, confronting and disciplining employees. Attendees will learn how to:
- Approach an employee about problem behavior
- Draft written discipline documents
- Draft performance improvement plans
- Investigate complaints and respond to those complaints
- Discipline, reassign, or dismiss the person if the problem does not improve
