Department of Labor Rule Change Seminar

The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce partners with Amundsen Davis to host a seminar on what you need to know about the Department of Labor Final Rule. Julie Proscia will cover what is required under the new rule, and what employers need to do in order to comply. Topics will include: key provisions of the final rule, identification of affected employees, reclassification of job positions, review of handbooks, policies and descriptions, “off the clock” policies and practices, and review of benefits applicable to exempt and non-exempt employees.
