Michael McGrory, Partner in our Aerospace Practice Group, will be moderating an important panel discussion on “ADR Ethics” at the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Aviation and Space Law Committee Conference on October 19, 2017, in Washington, D.C.
This year’s program, Aviation and Litigation in Today’s World, will feature notable speakers from various areas of aviation and space industry as they address some of the most current and controversial issues in aviation litigation and insurance.
Mike will join a panel featuring a round of ethical scenarios arising from an aviation case as it winds its way into and through mediation. The panel will actively engage the audience as they explore ethical dilemmas and “trouble shoots” potential solutions.
