This day long seminar, co-presented by Michael Hughes, will be a review of vital aspects of Illinois and Federal Employment Law. Topics that will be covered will include: immigration, Obamacare compliance, pregnancy discrimination, medical marijuana, hiring and firing, managing medical issues, and avoiding wage/hour landmines.
