A problem employee comes in many forms; poor attendance, insubordination, performance issues, leave abuse, hostility towards others, etc. It is critical for an organization to identify, manage, confront and ultimately rid itself of the problem employee.
Hosted by the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, Jeff Risch presents a laundry list of MUST DO's and DON'Ts in confronting the problem employee with an eye on "winning the inevitable lawsuit" during this half-day seminar. He will also discuss how to prepare and draft proper and legally sound communication and documentation and share his lessons learned through cases and real life "trial and error."
