Proactive Strategies to Minimize Electronic Discovery Pitfalls

The National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys presents its 10^th Annual Conference in San Jose, CA, where Gary Zhao will be a part of the panel, “Proactive Strategies to Minimize Electronic Discovery Pitfalls.”

Attendees will learn about important electronic discovery issues including: case management rules, proportionality rules, best practices for electronically stored information, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), search terms and more. The National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys includes lawyers, law students and legal scholars of Vietnamese heritage or who have Vietnamese interests. Their mission is to be a strong network that strengthens and supports the legal profession.
