Overview
Last year Illinois enacted amendments to its own Equal Pay Act, which requires unprecedented reporting of race, gender, and ethnicity statistics along with pay data of Illinois based employees. This reporting requirement is now in place for all private employers who employ 100+ employees within the State of Illinois. This means that many employers are about to face reporting and certification obligations that have never been in place before. There is a very specific process that such employers must follow and it’s not simple or easy. Join Jeff Risch and Sara Zorich on March 8th at noon CT as they discuss who will be impacted by this new mandate and the steps employers must take to evaluate their pay practices and comply with Illinois’ new reporting and certifications requirements.
