Pilot's Bill of Rights: II

Alan Farkas sat on a panel of aviation insiders including Senator James Inhofe to discuss the Pilot's Bill of Rights: II. Discussion covered the third class medical reform language which was inserted into an FAA reauthorization bill, as well as protections of pilots under the bill. The bill would also clarify that pilots facing an FAA enforcement or certificate action can appeal for a trial or full hearing. Alan comments, “This is something that goes a long way in making sure the playing field is clear.”
