It’s a shame when violence and bullying happens in the workplace, but it is a common occurrence, and HR departments need to have the tools to deal with it. Victims are faced with stress and anxiety and businesses are faced with potentially decreased productivity, health risks, and employees’ missed days when bullying and violence occurs. It also creates the potential for law suits.
