Overview
The Paid Leave for All Workers Act takes effect on January 1, 2024, and will introduce mandatory paid leave for all employees. In August, the Governor signed and passed amendments to the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act, which put in place new requirements that range from safety training to wage and benefit equivalence payments after 90 days.
