Defeated Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Obtained Summary Judgment

Amundsen Davis represented a fast food franchisee against employees seeking an injunction that would have allowed court oversight of the restaurant’s COVID-19 protection measures. We defeated the motion for preliminary injunction and convinced the plaintiffs not to oppose our motion for summary judgment, which the Court granted.
