Defended a Car Wash in Small Claims Court in Will County Where a Plaintiff was Alleging Property Damage

Sam Fino successfully defended a car wash in small claims court in Will County where a plaintiff was alleging property damage to his Maserati as a result of using the clients business. The plaintiff alleged that the car wash employees damaged the plaintiff’s Maserati while personally servicing the vehicle. Following the closing of oral arguments, the court found that the plaintiff did not and could not provide sufficient evidence to support their claims. The court awarded a not liable verdict to the defendant. The plaintiff did not appeal.
