Defended a Homecare and Hospice Company in Wisconsin Against a Class Action Lawsuit Claim for Unpaid Wages

Amundsen Davis defended a homecare and hospice company in Wisconsin against a class action lawsuit claim for unpaid wages and unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Wisconsin Wage Payment and Collection Laws.  We obtained a dismissal of the class action with zero settlement money paid after proving that the plaintiff did not meet the requirements of their employment agreement and therefore owed the defendant money.
