Amundsen Davis defended a Southeastern Wisconsin law firm against a former client’s allegation that the firm’s attorneys negligently drafted and negotiated a developer’s agreement with village government. The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of the law firm after Amundsen Davis demonstrated that the developer’s case suffered from an utter failure of proof, and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals affirmed the circuit court victory on appeal.
